The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Message from the PAPRB President on PRC's 47th Founding Anniversary

The Philippine Professional Association Regulatory Boards, Inc. (PAPRB) consisting of the 173 Board Members coming from the 46 various Professional Regulatory Boards, joins the women and men of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the rest of the country in celebrating the 47thFounding Anniversary of PRC.

The PAPRB looks at the current global crisis as both a challenge and opportunity for the Filipino Professional to shine in excellence not just in the country but in the global scene as well, particularly by ably taking on leadership roles among our neighbors in the ASEAN Region.

The PAPRB is fully united in rallying behind the PRC in ensuring that the Filipino Professional, regardless of the circumstances, is always morally upright, highly ethical and globally competitive.
