The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

2019 SPLE Application

**For purposes of the collection of the 2019 SPLE application payments, the Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) has undertaken to provide its Payment Facility via this LINK. Now running and operational, any queries and questions thereof concerning the payments by the OFWs shall be addressed by LandBank via customercare@mail.landbank.com or 405-7000.

***SPLE applicants are advised that payment of examination fees can be done through the existing Landbank payment channels, UCPB over-the-counter and through PRC office cashiers.

   For PRC office over-the-counter payments, please read the step-by-step procedure below:

1. After selecting transaction from the online.prc.gov.ph portal, the applicant shall go back to the [Existing Transaction] page and copy the reference number of the transaction.
2. The applicant shall present the reference number to the PRC Cashier to process payment.
3. If payment is through an authorized representative, an authorization letter  shall also be required to be submitted before the  PRC cashier.
