The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Filing of Applications for Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)

The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION announces that the first Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) for Calendar Year 2013 will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

All qualified applicants are advised to submit their applications using the Online Application System of this website before going to the PRC office for processing of their applications and payment of the application fee. The filing period and the PRC processing centers are indicated below:

Repeater : October 4, 2012 to January 04, 2013
