The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC ADVISORY: Extended Period for the Filing and Payment of Applications for Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the Middle East

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the extension of the deadline for the filing and payment of application for the 2018 Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for OFWs in the Middle East from 25 May 2018 to 7 June 2018, per Memorandum Circular No. 03 Series of 2018 issued by the Commission dated 24 May 2018.

This is in response to the various requests received by the Commission in the conduct of SPLE and also, to meet the maximum number of applicants for the said examination.

Applicants are advised to pay thru the authorized payment channel under the LANDBANK’s Link.BizPortaI not later than 7 June 2018.
