“To enable the Filipino people to properly exercise their right to vote,” May 12, 2025 (Monday) has been declared as a special non-working holiday through Proclamation No. 878 as inked on the 6^th of May, 2025 and duly-signed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. 

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) joins the entire nation in the midterm elections as we all decide the crucial and indicative seats in the House of Representatives and Senate as well as thousands of much sought after local positions.

Thus, the PRC is temporarily suspending operations in all its Offices and Service Centers nationwide on May 12, 2025 (Monday). Appointments set on the said date will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on May 13, 2025 (Tuesday).
