Launching of the 18th OSSCO, Signing of Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU), and Conduct of PRC Mobile Services in Palayan, Nueva Ecija
The Professional Regulation Commission opened its 18th One-Stop Service Center for OFWs (OSSCO) at the Palayan City Business Hub in Nueva Ecija last Monday, February 19, 2018. This is in keeping with President Rodrigo Duterte’s directive to expedite government services for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
The said event was graced by representatives from different government agencies such as the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA). The Local Government Unit of Palayan City and Department of Labor and Employment also lauded the PRC Mobile Service in processing the renewal of Professional Identification Cards in a span of less than ten (10) minutes.
The Commission also signed a Memorandum of Undertaking together with other participating government agencies to jointly fulfil their obligation to promote the interests and well-being of Overseas Filipino Workers.
