The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

The Professional Regulation Commission hereby informs all those who passed the August 2012 Physician Licensure Exam in Manila of the schedule of their initial registration at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building:

Requirements for initial registration include:

  1. Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
  2. Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
  3. One piece documentary stamp;
  4. One piece 1 x 1 picture with name tag in white background; and
  5. One short brown envelope with name and profession.

 

Registrants in Manila are directed to strictly observe the schedule for initial registration.

Meanwhile, board passers from Cebu and Davao are advised to proceed to PRC-Cebu and PRC-Davao from September 4 to 7, 2012 for initial registration.
