The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Schedule of Registration for New Psychologists and Psychometricians set February 24, 2014

Manila, February 20, 2014 – The Professional Regulation Commission announces the schedule of the initial registration for those who have qualified to be registered without examination pursuant to Sections 16 and 17, Article V of R.A. 10029 and Board of Psychology Resolution Nos. 01, 02, 03, and 04 dated February 5, 2014 and Resolution No. 5 dated February 12, 2014, approved by the Commission.

Registrants are advised to proceed to the PRC-Registration Division on February 24, 2014 for their initial registration.

The certificates of registration and professional identification cards will be distributed during the oath-taking ceremonies.
