The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC Mobile Service in Robinsons Place Tagum Extended

Tagum City, January 26, 2017 - The Professional Regulation Commission will be extending its mobile services at Robinsons’s Place Tagum on January 29, 2018 in addition to the scheduled mobile service on January 27, 2018.

The available transactions are the following:

1. Renewal of Professional Identification Card (PIC). Log on to https://www.prc-online.com; choose Robinson’s Tagum as your appointment place on either January 27 or 29, 2018, and pay at the accredited bayad center in your area.

2. Authentication of Report of Rating/Passing/Professional Identification Card/ Certificate of Registration;

3. Certifications (Certified True Copy) of Report of Rating/Passing/Professional Identification Card/Certificate of Registration.

Requirements: Original and photocopy of document to be authenticated, Documentary Stamp and Certification fee of P75.00 per copy.

The PRC Mobile Service is located at Robinsons Place Tagum, National Highway, Tagum City.
