The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC Lucena Mobile Services Schedule

Lucena, June 05, 2017 – In observance of the Professional Regulation Commission 44th Anniversary Month, the Professional Regulation Commission Lucena Regional Office is conducting a series of Mobile Services from June 15 to July 6, 2017 in different provinces of Region 4A and island provinces of Region 4B.

The Mobile Services will offer the following services: Application for Licensure Examination, Initial Registration for Licensure Examination passers, Renewal of Professional ID Card, Release of Professional ID Card and Certificate of Registration (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability), Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing (upon request) and Issuance of Certificate of Passing and Rating for the Board Licensure Examination of Professional Teachers, Nurses and Criminologist only.
