The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), through the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Real Estate Service, announces that the Enhanced 2025 Table of Specifications (TOS) for Real Estate Consultants, Real Estate Appraisers, and Real Estate Brokers has been finalized as a result of rigorous consultations and deliberations with PRC Test Consultants.

Thus, in line with the Board’s commitment to stakeholder engagement, the PRB-Real Estate Service invites two (2) representatives from schools and universities to attend the scheduled consultative meeting on the updated TOS. The meeting details are as follows:

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 nn

Venue: SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City

The participants' input and expertise will be invaluable in aligning the school’s curriculum with the updated TOS, thus enhancing students’ preparedness for the concerned licensure examinations.
