The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

LERIS V 2.0 End User Training

Manila, January 13, 2015 --- The Professional Regulation Commission, together with Multisys Corporation and Bayad Center, held its 2 – day updated online application system (LERIS v 2.0) end user training last January 9 and 10 2016, held at the 3rd floor, annex building of PRC Manila. The first day of the event started with welcome remarks from Acting Chairperson Angeline T. Chua Chiaco and Hon. Francis V. Mapile, Chairman, ISSP Management Committee. Mr. David Almirol Jr., Head of Multisys Corp, together with his subordinates spearheaded the end – user training, LERIS v 2.0 and OAS/ORS Simulation with the help of ICT Division. The 2nd day of the event is dedicated for end - user training for ePayment and Collection System. The updated online application consisting of a more user friendly interface is tasked to make improvements to our over - all online services of the Commission to our professionals.
