Guidelines on the Implementation of the PRC-CHED JMC on the Alignment of the LEPT with the Teacher Education Curriculum
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public of the guidelines on the implementation of the PRC and Commission on Higher Education Joint Memorandum Circular (PRC-CHED JMC) on the alignment of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) with the Teacher Education Curriculum. The foregoing modifications shall apply in the September 2025 LEPT and the succeeding schedules. The following are the essential modifications in the conduct of LEPT:

First (1st) timer applicants shall personally appear at the PRC Regional Offices (ROs) to present their application documentary requirements for evaluation. Repeater applicants are no longer required to appear personally at the ROs, subject to the tagging of their uploaded Transcript of Records (TOR)/required documents within seven (7) days after the deadline. |
