The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at:

All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

December 2017 Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Baguio Regional Office (BRO) will conduct the Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists (BLEC) on December 08 to 10, 2017 to 5,477 examinees in Baguio City and Rosales, Pangasinan. The Test Centers are:

  4. King’s College-La Trinidad
  5. San Vicente National High School


(2,687 examinees)

  1. Rosales National High School
  2. Rosales North Central School
  3. Rosales South Central School
  4. Tomana Elem School and SPED Center

All examinees are advised to report to their assigned Testing Centers before 6:30 AM. The examinees and examination personnel are enjoined to uphold the integrity of the examination. They are also advised to bring flashlights, emergency lamps, extra clothes and rain gears in case of inclement weather.
