The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges:

RFQ 2025-29: Network Switch

• Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Fifty Centavos (Php446,767.50)

RFQ 2025-30: UTP Cat6 Cable

• Eighty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and Ninety-Seven Centavos (Php81,938.97)

RFQ 2025-31: Wifi Router

• Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and Nine Centavos (Php369,675.09)

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative, not later than May 23, 2025, at 9:00 A.M.
