The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Name of Project: Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2022-43 Procurement of Office Productivity Software (Microsoft Office 2021)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs all prospective bidders and invited observers that the Pre-Bid Conference for the abovementioned procurement project has been moved to December 06, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. via video conferencing. For proper coordination, all interested bidders are hereby requested to submit their Letter of Intent to Participate, with contact details, through email at bac@prc.gov.ph on or before December 05, 2022.

The deadline of Bid submission is re-scheduled to December 19, 2022 at 8:00 A.M.. Bid opening will be on December 19, 2022 at 8:30 A.M. at the BAC Conference Room, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity via video conferencing.
