The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC Awards Plaques of Appreciation to CPD Council Members for Veterinary Medicine

 

Manila, May 8, 2017 – Ms. Sinamar E. Estudillo, DVM, PhD. and Mr. Eduardo B. Torres, DVM, PhD., members of the CPD Council for Veterinary Medicine received Plaques of Appreciation for having performed their duties with competence, passion and commitment from March 24, 2014 to March 24, 2017. The awarding was held on April 21, 2017 at Conference Room, 2nd Floor, PRC Main Building. Their plaques of appreciation were awarded by Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes. Also in the photo are Hon. Maximino M. Montenegro, Chairman of the CPD Council for Veterinary Medicine and Hon. Mariano Ll. Jovellanos, Board Member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Veterinary Medicine.
