The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) warmly congratulates the successful takers and the TOP TEN (10) examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded July 2025 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the two thousand nine hundred and seventy-one (2,971) successful passers out of the five thousand one hundred and forty-five (5,145) examinees in N.C.R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
