The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Use of Payment for the 2020 Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) for the April 2023 SPLE in the Middle East Countries and Singapore

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) issued Resolution No. 1607 (s. 2023) which provides for the dates and places of the 2023 Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE). Subsequently, the PRC issued Resolution No. 1608 (s. 2023) which prescribed the examination fees for the April 2023 SPLE.

All applicant-examinees who already paid the SPLE examination fee intended for the 2020 SPLE may use the same for the 2023 SPLE (PRC Resolution No. 2023-1608).

All applications with successful payments for the 2020 SPLE had been transferred to the 2023 SPLE. Applicant-examinees concerned shall submit the application forms and proofs of payment dated 2020 along with the prescribed application documents.

Applicant-examinees who cannot access their LERIS account may seek assistance https://crms.prc.gov.ph/feedbackform.

During the evaluation of documents in the respective testing venues, all applicant-examinees shall present the original and certified true copies of their application documents and original or photocopy of their receipts or proof of payment to the Delegation Team for verification and recording purposes.
