The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Suspension of Services in 2nd and 3rd Floor Offices of PRC in PICC

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the temporary suspension of services in the following PRC - Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Offices effective 3:00 P.M. January 19, 2021 (Tuesday) until January 20, 2021 (Wednesday), for disinfection purposes:

Second Floor Offices:

  • Professional Regulatory Board Screening Unit (PRBSU)
  • Legal Service

Third Floor Offices:

  • International Affairs Office (IAO)
  • Public Information and Media Relations Unit (PIMRU)
  • Test Development Division (TDD)

To minimize disruption on the delivery of services to the public, work-from-home arrangement will be implemented in the above PRC offices. Concerns and queries on relevant services may be sent to their email addresses prb.screening@prc.gov.ph, legal.service@prc.gov.ph, iao@prc.gov.ph, prcpublicinfo@prc.gov.ph  and tdd@prc.gov.ph
