The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public of the suspension of operations effective 3:00 PM, TODAY, November 11, 2020 until tomorrow November 12, 2020, Thursday, in the following PRC Offices and Service Centers due to severe tropical storm Ulysses:

  • Region II (PRC Tuguegarao, PRC Robinsons Place Santiago)
  • Region III (PRC Pampanga, PRC Robinsons Starmills)
  • CALABARZON (PRC Lucena, PRC Robinsons Place Dasmariñas, PRC Robinsons Sta. Rosa)
  • MIMAROPA (PRC Robinsons Place Palawan)
  • Region V (PRC Legazpi, PRC Robinsons Place Naga)
  • Cordillera Administrative Region (PRC Baguio)
  • National Capital Region (PRC Morayta, PRC PICC, Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, Robinsons Place Manila, Robinsons Place Las Pinas, Robinsons Novaliches)

Appointments set on the said date will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on November 13, 2020, Friday.
