The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC/Commission), in partnership with MYEG Philippines, Inc. (MYEG PH), announces the rollout of MYEG PH as an additional payment service provider and the initial implementation of the Constructive Affixture of Documentary Stamp Tax (CDST) for selected PRC transactions.

Under the initial implementation, CDST will be available for the following services:

• Application for Licensure Examination
•Initial Registration
• Request for Certification and Authentication

The implementation of CDST eliminates the need for clients to separately purchase and physically affix documentary stamps for covered transactions, making PRC services simpler, faster, and more convenient.

This initiative forms part of the Commission’s continuing digital transformation and commitment to the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery, through streamlined documentary requirements, reduced administrative steps, and more accessible government services.

Through this partnership, PRC continues to adopt secure and efficient digital solutions that enhance the overall experience of professionals, examinees, and other stakeholders transacting with the Commission.
