The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the public that the procedures and deadline for submission of the request to transfer from one place of examination to another for the March 28, 2021 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) are as follows:
- The examinees who intend/opt to change their examination place shall submit their written request personally or send thru email to the New Place of Examination (NPE) not later than January 20, 2021.

- The NPE, upon confirmation of the applicant's request, shall endorse and coordinate the request to the Original Place of Examination (OPE) and shall ensure that all requests for transfer are properly endorsed to OPE not later than January 27,2021.
- The OPE shall update/revise the place of examination in the Online Application System (OAS) and shall transmit the examinees' documents to NPE not later than five (5) working days upon receipt of the request endorsement from the latter.
Further, PRC Region XII – General Santos will not be accepting/receiving any request for transfer to Kidapawan City as the new place of the examination due to limited availability of examination rooms within the city.
