The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) supports the 2022 Citizen Satisfaction Survey (CitSat) on Frontline Government Services on November 07 – 25, 2022.
This project is implemented by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) under the Government Quality Management Program (GQMP) formed through Executive Order No. 605 which seeks to find out citizens’ level of satisfaction and expectations on frontline government service during the “new normal”.
DAP enumerators will conduct a face-to-face interview with select PRC clients who have completed their transactions to identify evidence-based service quality standards that could benefit the public sector to continuously improve the design and delivery of frontline services.
The PRC highly encourages its clients to participate in the 2022 CitSat to share their insights and experience for the enhancement of PRC’s frontline customer service.
