The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

PRC is Hiring for Assistant Commissioner Constitutional Commission

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is inviting qualified applicants for the Assistant Commissioner Constitutional Commission position.

Interested and qualified applicants should submit their application letter with the following documents and send to recruitment@prc.gov.ph not later than February 24, 2023:

  1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and attached Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
  4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
  5. Certificates of Relevant Trainings and Seminars attended;

  4. Certificate of No Pending Case or previous case (administrative, civil or criminal) from the current employer (for private employees); and
