MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) joins all Manileños and Manileñas as the city celebrates its 455^th Founding Anniversary on June 24, 2026 (Wednesday).

Adjunct with Proclamation No. 1320, s. 2026, as signed by His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., declared the day as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Manila; thus, all operations and transactions scheduled at PRC – Morayta, Robinsons Place Manila, and Lucky China Town will be temporarily suspended.

All affected appointments and transactions will be accommodated and addressed on the next working day, June 25, 2026 (Thursday).
