The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP TEN (10) examinees who garnered the highest rankings of the recently concluded August 2026 Sanitary Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination (SECBLE). The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the one hundred and two (102), that is 72.34 percent, successful passers out of the one hundred and forty-one (141) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cebu, Rosales and Tuguegarao.
