Following the directives of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) to postpone the conduct of the April 2021 Licensure Examinations in areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) to avoid cross-border transfer of examinees, the Professional Regulation Commission through Resolution No. 1341 (s. 2021) informs the public that the April 25 & 26, 2021 Pharmacy Licensure Examination (PhLE) in NCR, Baguio, Davao, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao has been rescheduled to June 29 & 30, 2021.
Relative to this, the PhLE scheduled on April 25 – 26, 2021 shall be conducted only in areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), to wit:
1) Cagayan de Oro
2) Cebu
3) Iloilo
4) Legaspi
5) Lucena
6) Pagadian
7) Rosales, Pangasinan
8) Zamboanga
Only the examinees assigned to the above examination venues shall be allowed to take the PhLE as scheduled.
