The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Opening of New PRC Regional Office in Rosales, Pangasinan

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the inauguration and office blessing of the PRC Regional Office No. I located at Carmay East, Rosales, Pangasinan on September 14, 2018 (Friday).

The Regional Office shall offer the following services:

  1. Application for various Licensure Examinations
  2. Registration of New Examination Passers
  3. Renewal of Professional ID Card
  4. Requests for Certifications and Authentications

Clients are advised to log on to www.prc.gov.ph to secure appointments for Application for Examination, Initial Registration and Renewal of Professional Identification Card (PIC).

The PRC Regional Office No. 1 will be operational starting September 14, 2018, and will be open from Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
