The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest congratulations to the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees, who garnered the highest rankings, of the recently concluded October 2025 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the three thousand four hundred and sixty (3,460) successful passers out of the ten thousand one hundred and seventy-one (10,171) examinees in eighteen (18) testing centers all over the Philippines.
