The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at:

All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Notice to All Examinees of April 25-26, 2021 Pharmacy Licensure Examination

Pursuant to the directives of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) to postpone the conduct of the April 2021 Licensure Examinations in areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) to avoid cross-border transfer of examinees, the Pharmacy Licensure Examination (PhLE) scheduled on April 25 – 26, 2021 shall be conducted only in areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), to wit:

1) Cagayan de Oro

2) Cebu

3) Iloilo

4) Legaspi

5) Lucena

6) Pagadian

7) Rosales, Pangasinan

8) Zamboanga

Only the examinees assigned to the above examination venues shall be allowed to take the PhLE as scheduled. Affected examinees will be taking their examination on appropriate dates to be determined by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and approved by the IATF-MEID.
