The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

New Schedule of Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers

Pursuant to Resolution No. 1363 (s. 2021), the Professional Regulation Commission informs the public that the previously postponed Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) shall be conducted into four (4) batches due to the large number of examinees:

1st Batch

September 26, 2021

2nd Batch

January 30, 2022

3rd Batch

March 27, 2022

4th Batch

June 26, 2022

Applicants whose applications were already processed and paid for and have received their Notice of Admission (NOA) shall be automatically included in the list of examinees.

The list of room assignment shall be released and posted at the website one (1) month before the scheduled examinations in order for the examinees to verify whether their names are included in the list. Applicants who are not included in the list based on the scheduled examinations may contact the Regional Office where they applied for confirmation and inclusion in the said list.

Further, the online application system for LEPT 2021 shall be closed for additional applications.
