May 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Special Professional Licensure Examination Results Released

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2 out of 2 passed the Real Estate Appraisers Special Professional Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Singapore last May 2026.

The Board of Real Estate Service is composed of Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson; Hon. Estelita D. Patdu, Hon. Maria Teresita B. Canlas (Inhibited), Atty. Cecilynne R. Andrade and Hon. Jessie B. Doctolero, Members.  

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: 1) Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form; 2) valid government-issued ID. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.    

All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three (3) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee. For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, should submit a notarized original Certificate of Employment showing that he/she is performing appraisal function and has appraiser license, as an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices.
