The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at:

All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

List of Second Batch of Examinees from NCR for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers on March 27, 2022

The Professional Regulation Commission – National Capital Region (PRC-NCR) informs the public that pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 1363 dated May 26, 2021, the 2021 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) shall be conducted into four (4) batches.

Relative to this, the list of the second batch of examinees from NCR to take the March 27, 2022 (Sunday) LEPT is presented herewith. Take note however, that those applicants who are not included in the list shall be included in the third and fourth batches of LEPT.

Further, examinees are reminded that upon entry to the examination venue ANY of the following required certifications may be presented and shall be accepted:

  • Negative RT-PCR Test taken at least three (3) to five (5) days before the licensure examination;
  • Certificate of Quarantine stating the period of quarantine, and the last day of quarantine should have been completed at least (3) to five (5) days before the first day of examination; and
  • Original and Photocopy of Vaccination Card of fully vaccinated examinees.
