The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission), through the Career Progression and Specialization Program (CPSP), informs the public of the professions with corresponding Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) levels that may be reflected on the PRC Professional Identification Card (PIC).

Professionals are also being reminded that the progression within the PQF is not strictly sequential. Subject to the approved CPSP Implementing Guidelines and the requirements of the concerned Professional Regulatory Board (PRB), qualified professionals may be recognized at a higher PQF level upon demonstrating the required competencies and learning outcomes.
