Approved Budget for the Contract:
The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Five Centavos (Php27,586.65) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges
- Lot 1: Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php18,920.00)
- Lot 2: Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Five Centavos
Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St. Sampaloc, Manila through facsimile no. (02) 5-3100037 or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative not later than June 9, 2023 at 9:00 A.M..
