Marine Engineers Oath Taking Raises Funds for Sendong Victims

The Marine Engineer Officers, in their oath-taking ceremony held last December 20, 2011 at the Manila Hotel, and the Board of Marine Engineer Officers raised funds for the victims of typhoon Sendong.

The donation amounting to PhP51,443.25 was received by the Manila Bulletin as part of their drive to send relief goods to affected communities.

Commissioner Jennifer Jardin-Manalili attended the ceremony as guest speaker. Other attendees included the Board of Marine Engineer Officers: Engr. Miguel O. Marasigan, Chairman; and members Engr. Alojado, Engr. Uba, and Engr. Pascua.
